Males in scrubs are mistaken for MDs. <br /><br />You should be concerned with keeping staff happy, with many nurses reaching retirement age. <br /><br />Nurses are exhausted with a staggering increase in patient load, they don&#39;t have time to be prissing around with a white uniform. <br /><br />I bet you don&#39;t work as a nurse yourself.

I think that you have lost your mind. <br /><br />A nurse is recognizable by her brain and name tag. Wearing your stethoscope (which you should anyway) doesn&#39;t hurt.<br /><br />A lot of the public mistakes any woman in scrubs for a nurse all the time.
